  • We accept credit card or Zelle. All payments need to be made before package is shipped out.

    • Rush orders have a $25 extra feeI

      1. The $25 extra fee can be null and void if the order was discussed with and has been approved by AJC.

  • After placing an order with Advanced Jewelry Casting, you have 12 hours to cancel the order. If the order is canceled after the 12 hour grace period, you may be required to pay for any or all work that has been completed.

    1. A return must be issued within the first 10 days to be eligible to receive a credit or a refund. After the 10 day grace period, returns will not be accepted. 

    2. Returns will be rejected if the item has been tampered with due to corrosion or any physical damage caused after you received the item.

    3. Metal prices are only returned. 

    4. If a mistake was made by AJC then, a full refund will be issued.

    5. AJC must receive the piece(s) before any return is issued.
